LUGOFF - Funeral service for Kim Leyborne Popham, 59, will be held Friday at 12:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Camden Ward with burial in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia. Bishop Arthur Turbyfill will officiate. Viewing will be held Friday 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. prior to the service in the Relief Society Room.
Mr. Popham died Monday, January 11, 2010. Born on October 21, 1950 in Ogden, Utah, he was a son of the late John Leonard and Marion Louise Mazyck Popham. He was an Electrical Engineer and president of Prescient, Inc. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Surviving are his children, Aaron Popham of Springville, Utah, Carrie Tolman of Chicago, Ill., and Adam Popham of Nanuet, N.Y.; brothers, Tracy Popham of Lugoff, and Leonard Popham Jr. of Lynchburg; and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Bernard Popham and Eric Popham.
