Funeral Services
At Powers Funeral Home, we offer several different funeral service options to fit
the special needs of each and every family that we have an opportunity to serve.
- Traditional Funeral Service - Funeral Service held at a church or funeral home chapel
followed by burial in a cemetery or entombment in a mausoleum.
- Graveside Service - Service held at the cemetery instead of a service at a church or chapel.
- Transfer (Shipping) - Service held locally and then the deceased is transferred
to another funeral home, usually out-of-state, for burial. A local service is not required.
- Visitations - Service held at the funeral home or church where friends and
relatives have the opportunity to visit with the family and loved ones of the deceased.
Visitations take place before, after, or on the evening prior to the funeral service.
