Obituary of Patti Jean Hansen

CAMDEN – A service to celebrate the life of Patti Jean Hansen, 73, will be held on Wednesday, May 08, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.  The Rev. Jerry Dicks and the Rev. Jerry Gardner will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MUSC Kershaw Health Hospice.

Mrs. Hansen passed away at home on Saturday, May 4, 2024.  Born in Russellville, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Harry Herndon McAllister and Elva “Eva” Lou Nicks McAllister.  She retired from Joe Wheeler State Park where she was a project manager.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 29 years, Phillip Hansen; sons, Lee Williams (Kristie) of Camden and Ryan Williams (Sherri) of Lugoff; step-children, Kevin Hansen (Venus) of Maryville, Tenn., Caryn Brewer (Bill) of Maryville, Tenn., and Micah Dolan (Shelley) of Chaska, Minn.; brother, Harry M. “Butch” McAllister; grandchildren, Madison Williams, Reece Williams, Hadley Williams, Mac Williams, Carson Barrett, Kendel Barrett, Cody Nelson, Alexandria Turcic, Jacob Barrer, Alex Barrer, Chelsea Cook; and great-grandchildren, Henrik Cook and Ivar Cook.
